Fees and Payment options

Welcome to our office! Your fees for your endodontic treatment or implant placement is always based on the diagnosis and extent of treatment,. During your visit we will discuss your treatment needs and the fees involved. It is our policy that your care is paid for at the time of treatment and if you have insurance coverage we will submit your claim to your insurance carrier. We accept assignment of benefits so that your insurance carrier pays Diablo View Endodontics directly on your behalf. Your estimated patient portion is required at the time of service. If there is a change in your personal schedule and you need to change your appointment time, kindly give us 48 hours notice. A late cancelation fee of $80 will be accessed for late cancelations or missed appointments.

We accept all major credit cards,Visa, MasterCard, Discover, as well as offer Care Credit financing as a payment options for our patients to be able to save your tooth. This financing plan is a convenient way to make payments with ZERO interest plans. You can apply online to www.carecredit.com. Just bring your account number to your appointment.

Once the Dr saw me she was able to complete the root canal for me so I didn’t have to come back. The entire staff was amazing and followed up with me the next day! I needed a root canal and had been suffering for a week when referred to Dr. Penn. Her and her staff agreed to stay that very day and squeeze me in! I was so grateful to be without pain! I did need to make a return visit for Dr. Penn to complete the procedure, but it was well worth it!! I brought them flowers the next day and I was sent a thank you note for that jesture. Also received a thank you from everyone about being a good patient. I had never been treated so nicely before!!
